Responsibilities:

* Review and negotiate contracts with vendors
* Coordinate logistics, including set-ups, staging, and parking
* Plan and arrange for accommodations and transportation services
* Develop registration systems and information materials
* Research and design special events programs
* Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
* Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
* Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Organized and able to work under pressure
* Team player with excellent attention to detail
