Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at B.F. Video Productions INC.

Job Summary

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 30-35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and up to 1 year of experience in office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Manage calendars, book meetings and appointments for senior staff members.
  • Supervise and Train Other Workers: Oversee and mentor junior staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Determine and Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office routines to maximize productivity.
  • Answer Enquiries and Provide Support: Respond to phone calls, emails, and electronic enquiries from clients and colleagues.
  • Order Supplies and Maintain Inventory: Source and manage office supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in office administration
Working Conditions

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
