Office Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at B.F. Video Productions INC.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent full-time opportunity with 30-35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and up to 1 year of experience in office administration.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Manage calendars, book meetings and appointments for senior staff members.
- Supervise and Train Other Workers: Oversee and mentor junior staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Determine and Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office routines to maximize productivity.
- Answer Enquiries and Provide Support: Respond to phone calls, emails, and electronic enquiries from clients and colleagues.
- Order Supplies and Maintain Inventory: Source and manage office supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in office administration
- Work Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 30-35 hours per week
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
