Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing premium customer service to clients while developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential sales leads, utilizing your knowledge of services and products to drive revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent productivity and revenue performance.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying informed about competitive intelligence and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Provide effective solutions to client inquiries, demonstrating empathy and good listening skills.
- Promote service excellence, client satisfaction, and sales delivery across all interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and computer applications, leveraging these tools to enhance sales performance.
- Track individual sales performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all work assignments.
- Cross-train on other Teamrecruiter.com office positions to expand your skill set and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in software applications and technology platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Detailed-oriented and self-motivated, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency environment is an asset, but not required.
- Proficiency in a second language is also an asset.
