- Open and distribute mail and other materials, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
- Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, streamlining processes for maximum efficiency.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings as required.

- Respond to employee questions and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and fairly.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations through proactive and responsive communication.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
