Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at H & G Immigration Consulting Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and electronic scheduler. Familiarity with business diagram software and MS Office.
