Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant – Health Promotion to join our team at Personnel Support Programs. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting the operational readiness of our Canadian Armed Forces through the provision of fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A college diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration or a related field and some years of experience in administration or a related field is required.
  • You have strong organizational knowledge, communication skills and can work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for the Health Promotion manager/supervisor including data entry, word processing, faxing, photocopying, correspondence, distribution and follow-up action.
  • Organize meetings, advise attendees, draft and distribute agendas and minutes.
  • Schedule and arrange appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
