Job Title: Office Manager

TINY HEARTS DAYCARE CENTER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, MS Windows
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
