Job Description

Fantastic Transport Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate information flow, manage mail and distribution, establish policies, schedule appointments, answer phone calls and electronic inquiries, order supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, book itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance.
  • Culture Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, as well as cultural competency training for Indigenous workers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma from a 3-month to less than 1-year program.
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
