Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office buildings, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative services.
  • Identify customers' needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate.
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify potential new clients.
  • Recommend products or services to customers and develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits.
  • Deliver sales presentations and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff and plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
  • Monitor safety conditions and monitor and inspect work.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reliability, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and judgement.
