  • Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative services.
  • Identify customers' needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate.
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify potential new clients.
  • Recommend products or services to customers and develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits.
  • Deliver sales presentations and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.

  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
