We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at Kleenway Building Maintenance Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including the management of staff, budgets, and resources.
- Customer Service: Identify customers' needs and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Facility Management: Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote sales to existing clients, recommend products or services to customers, and identify and solicit potential clients.
- Staff Management: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff, including maintenance and repair personnel.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Health and Safety: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, and monitor safety conditions.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage operations, report on performance, and communicate with stakeholders.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager who has a strong background in operations management, customer service, and staff management. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial facility management setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
