**About the Role:**

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, coordinating office services, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordination of office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including scheduling meetings and appointments

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Windows
