We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at My Future Canada.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires 15 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as training other workers and managing contracts. They will also be expected to answer telephone calls and messages, compile data and statistics, and oversee the preparation of reports.

In addition, the candidate will be required to advise senior management, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries. They will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, conducting research, and performing data entry.

The Administrative Support Coordinator will work under the supervision of senior management and will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. They will also provide customer service and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in social media
