The Alberta Teachers' Association seeks a highly skilled Senior Administrator to support the program area by ensuring efficient operations. This role involves assisting Association subgroups, preparing reports, coordinating workshops and seminars, and supervising support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing, overseeing, and managing support staff performance
  • Monitoring work to ensure standards, requirements, and deadlines are met
  • Hiring, training, and monitoring staff while providing access to professional development opportunities
  • Providing administrative support for subgroups, including tracking changes and recording reasons for constitutional amendments

This position requires strong customer-service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to organize, plan, multitask, and manage shifting priorities while working with multiple stakeholders concurrently.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $**80,000 - $100,000 per year**, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a minimum of three weeks of paid vacation, free on-site parking, an onsite gym, outdoor patio, cafeteria, library, and multifaith/quiet spaces.
