Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at KAIRALI REALTY. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.
Job Summary:The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various office tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Manage contracts;
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages;
- Answer electronic inquiries;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas;
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents;
- Provide customer service.
- High school graduation certificate;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
