About the Role

We are seeking an Ecosystem Community Lead - Operations Specialist to support the operations of our Ecosystems. This role will work closely with the management team to ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional employee and visitor experience through support and facilitation.
  • Manage all aspects of Ecosystem onsite and virtual operations through the mastery of multiple platforms.
  • Report updates to the Community Lead and Management within defined parameters.
  • Manage all communications to and from the Ecosystem population via centralized designated channels.
  • Work closely with various teams to support the execution of engagement activities within the Ecosystems.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for Scotia Bank employees and external visitors.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service focus record.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, with high proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible, critical thinker, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Bank HR policies, practices, and legal requirements.

Working Conditions

  • Work in a standard office-based environment with non-standard working hours.
  • Occasional shift coverage of Ecosystem Community Leads is required.
  • The position is primarily non-physical with intermittent periods of sitting or standing.
  • Due to the nature of the position, a Work From Home option is not supported.
