Role Overview:

We are seeking an Ecosystem Operations Coordinator to support the Manager of Ecosystem Capacity and Campus Onboarding in sustaining the Centralized Operations model at all Campuses. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring occupancy levels, coordinating relocations/moves and ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster a customer-centric culture, deepening client relationships and leveraging broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

Provide timely updates on population changes to Community Leads, ensuring data accuracy.

Assist in managing records, maintaining resource guides and providing orientation to Community Leads as required.

Collaborate with people managers to ensure the team has completed their responsibilities in managing population data.

Support managing and resolving requests, concerns, issues, and complaints escalated by Community Leads related to population data, relocations, and onboarding/offboarding across Campuses.

Execute tasks required for relocation/onboarding or offboarding of teams across multiple buildings and Ecosystems.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and support teams regarding move-related activities.

Coordinate communication and logistics with stakeholders, business partners, and support teams.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with high proficiency in Excel, data management.

Knowledge of Bank HR policies, practices, and legal requirements.

Ability to work in a standard office-based environment with intermittent periods of walking, sitting, or standing.
