Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jecxo Electrical & Renovation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, compile statistics, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the overall organization of the workspace.
  • Support Services: Provide support to newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition, and create a welcoming work environment for youth and Indigenous workers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
