Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at JKM ACCOUNTING INC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining records.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Provide support for payroll administration and maintain digital databases.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
