Job Summary

CAMERO TRANSPORT is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth office functioning
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
  • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

Requirements

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
