We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sohi Logistics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
