Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for desktop systems, including hardware, software, and network issues
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support and networking
  • Strong knowledge of Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) and password reset procedures
  • Experience with imaging technologies, such as Ghost or RIS/Image X or WDS
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MCSE and A+ industry certifications
  • Experience with BlackBerry support (client and BES)
  • Proficiency in MS Windows Office Suite and Active Directory
