Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for desktop systems, including hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support and networking
- Strong knowledge of Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) and password reset procedures
- Experience with imaging technologies, such as Ghost or RIS/Image X or WDS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- MCSE and A+ industry certifications
- Experience with BlackBerry support (client and BES)
- Proficiency in MS Windows Office Suite and Active Directory
