Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Analyst


At PeopleToGo, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Desktop Support Team, you will provide expert-level support to our users, ensuring seamless access to our systems and applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced-level technical support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Administer Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) password resets and user ID creation
  • Support BlackBerry (BES) devices and VPN remote user access
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall support processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-year college diploma or university degree in a technology-related discipline
  • MCSE and A+ industry certifications preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in PC support and networking
  • Recent Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) password reset and ID administration experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
