Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Specialist
At PeopleToGo, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support, with experience in providing technical assistance to end-users. The role will involve troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues, as well as providing support for Lotus Notes, BlackBerry, and other enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues
- Support Lotus Notes, BlackBerry, and other enterprise applications
- Collaborate with the desktop support team to ensure seamless delivery of support services
- Develop and maintain knowledge of desktop support technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-year college diploma or university degree in a technology-related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in PC support and networking
- Recent Lotus Notes (Ver. 7 or 8) password resets and ID administration experience
- Experience providing support to senior executives
- BlackBerry support experience required (client and BES)
