About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Squad at Stay22. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building the data pipeline we need to provide Business Intelligence to all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making and help identify business growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration between Data Squad and Engine Squad leveraging ML models developed and continuously improved by Data Squad.
  • Identify and coordinate A/B tests and experiment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical expertise on data-related projects.
  • Coach and train all departments to run their own analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness, defining and implementing QA processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI.
  • Strong experience in finding data insights and providing business recommendations to the company.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Expert domain of data analysis and data visualization tools and software such as Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python.
  • A good understanding of statistical modelling or any machine learning technique knowledge (such as hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.).
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation.
