About the Role
Coveo is seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for insightful data visualization.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and plan effective reporting solutions.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, and conduct regular data validation to ensure accuracy.
- Partner with data architects and analysts to deliver insights, simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and share findings in meetings.
- Train stakeholders on dashboard use, and stay updated on Business Intelligence trends to enhance functionality and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and other data querying languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Knowledge of dbt, considered a plus.
