About the Role:

Coveo is seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for insightful data visualization.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and plan effective reporting solutions.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, and conduct regular data validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Partner with data architects and analysts to deliver insights, simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and share findings in meetings.
  • Train stakeholders on dashboard use, and stay updated on Business Intelligence trends to enhance functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and other data querying languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of dbt, considered a plus.
