About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting global supply and demand conditions, macroeconomic environment, international trade, manufacturing technologies, and input cost developments. They will develop engaging and informative reports and presentations to relay findings to senior-level managers for improved decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and forecast global market trends and conditions to inform business strategy.
  2. Develop and maintain complex data models and forecasting tools to support business decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  4. Design and implement effective data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders.

  6. Support new business development and participate in ad-hoc consulting projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
