We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Beedie in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Yardi system
