About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including accounting and data entry.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers, both virtually and in-person, to ensure seamless software implementation and adoption.
  • Work closely with customers to identify their specific needs and provide tailored support to ensure their success with our software.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve any technical issues or concerns that may arise during the training process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and features, and effectively communicate these changes to our customers.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in the automotive industry or a dealership environment.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software implementation and training.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong problem-solving skills.
