Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Freightcom Inc. in a permanent position.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and quoting prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates. They will also oversee the preparation of sales and orders, promote sales to existing clients, and identify and solicit potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders

  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services
