About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FT Supervisor to join our team at Kate Spade. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a high-energy, sales-focused environment that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service, adhering to Kate Spade's approach standards.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Take initiative to address development needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a confident and commanding presence on the sales floor.
  • Act as an advocate for the team, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Build strong partnerships with team members to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the Kate Spade brand with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail service environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
