Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FT Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a high-energy, sales-focused environment that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in customer service and sales performance.
  • Ensure all customers are serviced according to the Kate Spade approach standard, providing a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance standards, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Take initiative to act on development needs, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Maintain a confident and commanding floor presence, representing the brand in all interactions.
  • Act as an advocate for the team, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Create partnerships with team members, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in a retail service environment in a position of management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to effectively communicate and analyze data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, navigating sales and customer interactions with ease.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
