Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FT Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a high-energy, sales-focused environment that exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Ensure all customers are serviced according to the Kate Spade approach standard, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
- Inspire and motivate the sales floor team to meet and exceed performance standards, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Take initiative to act on development needs, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Maintain a confident and commanding floor presence, representing the brand with integrity and professionalism.
- Act as an advocate for the team, providing support and guidance to ensure success.
- Create partnerships with team members, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Experience in a retail service environment in a position of management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of, and ability to use, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, maneuvering sales and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
