Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FT Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating a high-energy, sales-focused environment that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury fashion brand.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
