Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Manager who can create a high-energy, sales-focused environment that inspires our team to meet and exceed performance standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all customers are serviced according to our Kate Spade approach standard and will take initiative to act on development needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail service environment in a position of management.
  • Knowledge of, and ability to use, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and manoeuvre the sales.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
