FT Supervisor

At Kate Spade New York, we're looking for a talented FT Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for creating a high-energy, sales-focused environment that exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a luxury brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
