About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FT Supervisor to join our team at Kate Spade. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating a high-energy sales and service-focused environment that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and inspire team members to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service according to the Kate Spade approach standard
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury brand environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
