Job Overview

As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your role will involve empowering and motivating your team to achieve operational excellence, while promoting a respectful and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to meet and exceed Tim Hortons' high standards of operation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targeted costs.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Owner to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the restaurant.
  • Manage team members with open communication and understanding, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role at Tim Hortons.
  • Practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
  • Strong operational experience and ability to plan and execute methods to increase sales and achieve targeted costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
