Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2301623 ALBERTA LTD O/A The Chopped Leaf. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to staff.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
