Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
