Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tutti Frutti Breakfast & Lunch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
