Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2301623 ALBERTA LTD O/A The Chopped Leaf. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
