The primary focus will be on high-impact recruitment efforts, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to fulfill key roles that align with Valnet's growth objectives. This includes collaborating closely with the Founder/CEO and Head of M&A to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition approaches.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level and specialized positions
  • SOURCE AND SCREEN CANDIDATES USING INNOVATIVE SOURCING STRATEGIES
  • Negotiate offers and provide expert guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand and niche roles
  • Manage a small team of internal recruiters and coordinate with external recruitment partners as necessary

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with strong expertise in candidate sourcing and pipeline management
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or another relevant field
  • Hands-on experience recruiting for senior and high-impact roles, demonstrating a strong ability to identify, attract, and hire exceptional candidates
  • Familiarity with the media, entertainment, or technology sectors (an asset)
