Job Title: Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at Sunlight Dental Clinic. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Data Entry: Enter and format medical reports, correspondence, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed to ensure efficient operation of the clinic.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
