Regional Leader for Sales Growth in Canada

About the Role:
This is a key leadership position that oversees regional sales strategies and operations for iA Financial Group's Group Benefits & Retirement Solutions (GBRS) in Central Canada and Atlantic. The incumbent will lead the development and implementation of regional sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, build market leadership, and enhance brand presence.
About the Job:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve business objectives, including new business development, business retention, and profitability.
- Directly lead and support a team of Directors, Account Executives, and employees to deliver exceptional customer service, retention, and acquisition of new customers.
- Collaborate with National VPs of Sales GI and GSR on human resource management, including staffing and performance evaluations for GBRS leaders and employees reporting to them.
- Develop new business proposals, pursuit strategies, and finalist presentations to secure new business opportunities in the region.
About You:
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a related field with 10 years or more of relevant experience.
- Possess excellent customer orientation, deep understanding of sales and service issues, and advanced language skills in English and French due to frequent communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong industry profile, ability to create and extend partner networks, internal and external, and actively support teamwork and talent development, attraction, and retention.
