At Closets By Design of Eastern Toronto, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to lead our sales team in building strong relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the company's success.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base. They will be responsible for determining strategic planning related to new product lines, organizing regional and divisional sales operations, and planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging training for staff
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Determining strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Leading sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Organizing regional and divisional sales operations
  • Planning, directing, and evaluating the activities of sales departments
  • Recruiting, organizing, training, and managing staff
  • Assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs
  • Providing customer service
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory

To succeed in this role, you will need a College/CEGEP degree, proficiency in English, and at least 2 years of experience in sales management. On-site work is required, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
