We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
