Job Title: Regional Marketing Director

About the Role

Farm Credit Canada is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in London and Guelph, Ontario.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with leadership and sales employees, providing updates on marketing strategies, coordinating tactics, and gathering feedback from sales employees.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $90,710 - $122,726, plus eligible performance-based incentives. A proven leader with experience in the agri-food industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships and strengthen partnerships with leadership and sales employees.
  • Provide area management teams with updates on relevant marketing tactics and strategies.
  • Coordinate tactics and champion sales, marketing, and community investment activities within the division.
  • Gather feedback, questions, and ideas from sales employees to continually improve and enhance marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect individuals and teams across different divisions. A big-picture thinker who can focus on the needs within sales areas while implementing enterprise-wide strategies is required.

An undergraduate degree in marketing, agriculture, or business administration, along with at least five years of experience, is necessary for this role. Knowledge of FCC's Relationship Management Process is an asset.
