We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the heavy duty truck parts industry. As a successful sales professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading supplier of heavy duty truck parts and services.

About the Role:

  • Sell heavy duty truck parts and services to fleets, independent repair shops, and other customers in your assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Work closely with our sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the automotive or heavy duty truck parts industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

What We Offer:

  • A base salary of $65,000, with uncapped commissions and a car allowance of $1,500-$1,600 per month.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, RSP matching, and a laptop and cell phone.

Estimated Salary: $110,000-$120,000 per year (first-year OTE)
